Question: What is your deposit and cancellation policy? Answer:
A holding deposit of at least 50% of the total tariff will be requested to secure a booking.
On peak dates full payment in advance may be required.
Payments for accommodation may be made by: VISA, Master card or Bank card,electronic bank transfer or cheque
Notice of cancellation or alterations to a booking must be given in writing to Sailors Falls Estate as early as possible before the accommodation date.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancel one or more weeks before booking date lose 50% deposit
Cancel 2-7 days before booking date lose the full deposit.
The full deposit will be returned [less $30 booking fee] if property is rebooked.
Each cancellation will be treated on its merits and a fair outcome will be negotiated to suit both parties
